För att en produkt ska bli certifierad och märkas med GOTS Made With Organic cotton, krävs att minst 70% av fiberinnehållet är ekologiskt. Det är alltså något lägre än för GOTS Organic, där andelen ekologiskt fiberinnehåll måste vara minst 95 %, men i övrigt gäller samma regler för hela produktionskedjan.
